Wiki Overview

This is a public snapshot of the private wiki structure currently being built behind the site.

It is not a full dump of the vault. It is a selective overview of the compiled layer.

What the wiki is for

The wiki sits between raw sources and public writing.

Its job is to turn scattered inputs into a maintained structure of:

  • source pages
  • concept pages
  • topic pages
  • syntheses
  • future comparisons

Current structure

Topics

  • LLM Wiki
  • Personal Knowledge Management

Concepts

  • Search vs Memory
  • Selective Publishing
  • Knowledge Compilation
  • File-Based Knowledge Systems
  • Schema-Driven Maintenance
  • Contextual Retrieval

Comparisons

  • RAG vs File-Based LLM Wiki

Sources

  • Karpathy — LLM Wiki
  • domleca — LLM Wiki plugin
  • Anthropic — Contextual Retrieval

Current workflow

The workflow is intentionally simple:

  1. raw source enters the vault
  2. a source page is created in the wiki
  3. related concepts and topics are updated
  4. mature ideas are promoted into publishable writing

Why this matters

A searchable note archive is not the same thing as a maintained memory system.

The wiki exists to preserve:

  • structure
  • interpretation
  • continuity
  • reusable thought

That is the layer that makes the system more than storage.

What comes next

The next step is to expand the wiki with:

  • more source pages
  • more comparison pages across overlapping ideas
  • stronger synthesis pages for mature themes
  • a tighter bridge from private wiki to public publishing
